Customer User

Assigned services, service status, own tickets, knowledge, troubleshooting, authorised documents and notifications.

Customer Administrator

Customer User permissions plus organisation tickets, subscriptions, organisation information and user administration.

Data isolation

Production APIs must enforce organisation-level access so users can never view another customer's services, tickets, users, contracts or documents.
